INGREDIENTS:

Organic Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Organic Natural Flavor (Organic Maltodextrin, Organic Sunflower Oil, Salt, Organic Rice Starch, Natural Flavors, Lactic Acid, Organic Natural Flavor), Organic Vinegar Powder (Organic Maltodextrin, Organic White Distilled Vinegar Powder), Organic Guar Gum, Organic Yeast Extract, Organic Rice Concentrate.

HOW TO USE:

Directions

In a small bowl, add packet contents and 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk, unsweetened, unflavored. Whisk for 30 seconds; set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter over medium-low heat.
Once melted, add milk mixture and whisk until comtined.
Cook on medium-low heat until thickened (approximately 4-8 minutes), whisking frequently.
Remove from heat and let stand 1-2 minutes.

Suggested Uses

Drizzle this cheese sauce generously over noodles for an easy mac and cheese.
Try as a fondue and pair with your favorite bread and veggies.
